Terms & Conditions

Bespoke Auto Spa – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Bespoke Auto Spa (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking with us, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Services & Liability

  • All services are performed under Bespoke Auto Spa.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, swirl marks, dents, rock chips, fading, or clear coat failure.

  • If a vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively dirty, or contains biohazards, we reserve the right to refuse service.

  • We provide our own deionized water and power supply; clients are not required to provide utilities.

2. Payments & Deposits

  • A $1 deposit per vehicle is required at booking to keep a card on file.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash or card.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a $50 fee per car.

  • No-Show / No Communication: If we arrive on-site and the client is unavailable, a $200 fee per car applies.

  • Example: A booking for 4 cars = $200 if canceled late, or $800 for a no-show.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must remove personal items from their vehicle before service.

  • Bespoke Auto Spa is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.

5. Guarantees & Limitations

  • Results vary depending on vehicle condition. We do not guarantee full stain removal, scratch removal, or defect correction unless booked as a paint correction service.

  • Our ceramic sealant provides a durable layer of protection but is not a permanent ceramic coating.

6. Minimum Service Fee

A minimum service fee of $150 per visit applies to all bookings, regardless of vehicle size, condition, or service duration.

This minimum may apply in, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • Single-vehicle bookings that fall below $150 in total service value

  • Short-notice or custom requests requiring travel, setup, or dedicated time

  • On-site evaluations, partial services, or client-requested changes that reduce the original service total below $150

  • Locations requiring extended setup, access coordination, or non-standard working conditions

The minimum service fee covers travel, setup, labor allocation, and operational costs required to provide professional mobile detailing services.

7. Photography & Marketing

  • Unless otherwise requested, we may photograph or film your vehicle before, during, or after service for marketing and social media purposes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, with disputes handled in San Diego County jurisdiction.
